Here's the thing about MH... the thing about it is that, although it's simple in theory... and yes, adding to the whole playing with friends to do missions and stuff... the game is ****ING addictive. I seriously couldn't lay the bloody game off, and I was just testing it. I put over 50 hours in a week and I didn't even feel it. I literally had to lend my PSP to not play it so I'd work on my projects, but when I think about it there's nothing special about the game! but when you play it you simply enjoy it.

MH4 may be exclusive. MH4 insert random crap to the title here wont be.

Confirmed exclusive for now maybe.
There's absolutely nothing stopping Capcom from deciding to change their minds a year or two down the line (and this is Capcom we're talking about here).
