What's the proper posture for playing 3ds while sitting in a folding chair that can't recline?

It's so hard to not let me head lower, and if I make a good effort not to then instead of my neck killing me it's my shoulder area.

It's getting to be a big problem :(

Answer A) Hold 3DS in front of your face.

Answer B) Find a more comfortable chair.

Answer C) Go sit in the car or lay on the grass/beach/dirt/concrete/etc.
