Overall they should focus on both, but right now they should put around 60-65% of their focus on the WiiU since it only recently came out. They shouldn't forget about the 3DS though, especially where the VC is concerned (so many complaints about Ninja Gaiden alone...). Once the "Doomsayers" have run out of ammo (like around March-April, just to be on the safe side), they can go back to 50/50 and push both WiiU and 3DS equally, Systems and Games. And especially the eShop. It needs some straightening up.

Not to derail the topic or anything, but I think Game Companies need a section of their PR Department (Or Resarch and Development, whichever is more fitting) dedicated to scanning the internet for all manner of user feedback across various gaming websites and forums. That way, they would truly be on top of their Fanbases and work to keep them happy so that they can succeed. Just a thought I felt I should get out there...React as you see fit.

Nintendo handhelds have historically fared better than their console counterparts. I don't plan on buying a WiiU.
