The only ones I can think of are Phantom Hourglass and that Zelda train game.

Then the newer Ocarina of Time 3D game

And I loved the touch screen controls and felt they worked well.
But I also loved the SS motion controls.

PH and ST aren't my favorites, though SS is a top 5.

Anyways, there's those 3, The Minish Cap for ambassadors as an eShop download, Zelda 1/2 from eShop, Link's Awakening DX, and the Four Swords Anniversary Edition if you got it in time.

No problem.

Curious to see what they do for a new Zelda developed for the 3DS.

The touch screen controls were fine. Everything else about the Phantom Hourglass sucked though. The dungeons were lame, I hated having to repeat that one central dungeon, getting around on the ocean is boring. Spirit Tracks improved on almost everything, but getting around on the train was still pretty lame, IMO.
