my old 3ds broke. will nintendo let me redownload my games on a new 3ds?

If your warranty ran out, pay the 100 bucks or whatever for them to fix it.

how broken is it? If the touch screen and internet connects still work then you can probibly transfer your stuff to a new 3ds.

Eh not as invincible as they used to be. I think they're using less refined Nintendium these days.

Anyways TC. If it's out of warranty then just call their customer support and see whats what. Maybe they can work something out with you. Or like someone above said, just pay for them to repair it.

take out the SD card that comes with the 3DS... put it in your new or repaired 3DS and they should be there. For the games downloaded from the eshop or whatever, if you connected your 3DS with Club nintendo, all you have to do is go back to the eshop after connecting your new/repaired 3DS to club nintendo and they will let you redownload all the games you purchased free of charge. >_> If none of this works you are just SOL.
