Which in your opinion has the best design?
Taking all things into consideration.

I'm gonna go with the DSi.
Simple light form with a nice matte finish, inner camera in the middle with the mic, easy to reach stylus, SD card just above that without switching hands. And volume button control!

As for why a random poll, we all know the redesign is coming.

Dsi. Dslite comes VERY close though imo due to how much it completely redesigned the original DS from it's initial phase to something much more proper and full of improvements (like the much better battery life for example). Though it loses points for it's shoddy L/R buttons designs that full too mushy and give off a probable cause of them not worker in the near future, Dsi's shoulder button/designs are MUCH better in that cause. Though i'm kinda saddened that BC for GBA games was removed from it, but it's not too much of a big deal for me tbh.

Why does your poll not include the Game Boy Micro?

its there, its just so small that the poll limit turned it invisible on anything less than 4k resolution

I love how the GBA reminded me of the game gear but i'm gonna go with DSi. I'd choose 3DS but why they put the stylus back up top is beyond me though I do like the wireless button vs the menu crap the DSi pulled.

I was really surprised dslite wasnt competing for the top. I had my original ds for years and was so jealous most ds owners had dslites. of coarse thats not the reason for choosing but i chose that because I thought it was the perfect size, a bit smaller but not too small and had a very sleek design. But my real arguement is the colors. After the dslite nintendo made the worst color decisions for handhelds. When I saw that maroon dsiXL i wanted to throw up.

I went with the original DS. At the time it blew me away, was built with what seemed to be actual TonkaTough plastic, and FIT GBA CARTRIDGES. Way before digital titles, it allowed you to carry two games with you at once. It was a mindblow.

The DS Lite did it too, but the GBA game stuck out and got caught on jeans and stuff, and wasn't as innovative since the original had already done it.

I love my 3DSXL, but the original DS just packed so much awesome into itself.
