My D-pad is smooth as a baby's bottom with no scratches at all.
What kind of unholy torture did you perform on your 3DS?

What do you mean by scratches?

When I got my 3DS I saw some scratches on the D-Pad but they were very straight looking, and in a pattern, so I thought it was just how it was assembled into the system.
