Pilot Wings Resort. Can't remember how much I got it for though with the launch of the 3DS (I think it was 3), but it was a good $20-$25 in-store credit at one of my local video game stores awhile back.

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, but that was my own fault. I adore Mercenaries and while I resisted the urge to buy Mercenaries 3D for a year after its release, I eventually bought it. I liked the game, but it consisted of mostly recycled elements and characters from the other entries. It would have been a much better game if it included every character and map from every version of mercenaries and had a few of the more notable bugs squashed.
I also regretted Code of Princess, to an extent. It was just not my type of game.
TLoZ: Ocarina of Time 3D Super Mario 3D Land Tales of the Abyss (TotA) (Fire Emblem: Awakening)
And to be honest, I kind of regret getting Super Mario 3D land. The graphics and music are great but the game honestly lacks any incentive to play it again plus it is very easy to complete at 100%, even with the extra worlds. Once I got 100% I put it down and haven't touched it since.
The Zelda series is my favorite so no doubt I had to get Ocarina 3D. I find it has a lot more re playability with the Master Quest inclusion and the graphics + the touchscreen controls make it just as good and fluid as the original.
Currently am replaying TotA even though I played it originally on the PS2. I really love how abusive the free run mechanic is and love the field-of-fonons mechanics as well. As of now it's the game that has the most play time on my 3DS. Everyone knows that more recent Tales games have great replayability with the inclusion of the grade shops.
Can't say anything yet about FE:A but I love the series to death and the Demo was great. I'm sure as usual I'll be replaying it trying out various characters/marriages/avatars/etc.
