By "Lite" do you mean an upgrade or a more compact version?

Lite ≠ Smaller

The 3DS Lite could be something thinner, with a better screen, more battery life and a design like the 3DS XL.

I don't understand why some people are against the idea of a new 3DS model, Apple releases a new iPhone every year and nobody complains.

The 3DS is thin and dinky. Only the XL is big. I dont think the system can get smaller with the graphics it outputs.

How do you expect to get better battery life out of something that is thinner?

I see LOTS of people complain. And since Apple pushes out crap every few months, Nintendo should too? The original 3DS is already small. Any smaller and they wouldn't be able to fit crap in the shell.

TC, what are you even expecting to see? Anything smaller (thinner) than the 3DS results in an even worse battery life. Anything smaller than the 3DS XL is a 3DS.

The XL really hit the spot with a handheld design. I wouldn't want it to be any smaller or bigger.
