Hi all!

So I recently downloaded Link's Awakening (my first Zelda game back on the ol' black and white gameboy... good memories!) and I was wondering if there is any way to save the data without having to die first?

I ask because my girlfriend, who is also an avid Zelda fan, wants to play as well, but the restore point system only allows for one person to save their data. I am fairly certain that the old game had an option to save without having to first die, but I cannot seem to find that option - if it exists to begin with - in the downloaded version.

Thank you in advance for the help!

You have to press all the buttons (A, B, Start, and Select) at the same time.

Select + Start + A + B at once, which a bit odd, given that most Game Boy games use the same combination to reset the game.

Well that seems rather... obtuse... but thank you for the help!
