If you like Tetris/puzzle type games I've been hearing good things about Crashmo & Pushmo. I like to draw a lot I have Colors3D, it's pretty fun to play around with the 3D layers and come up with interesting effects.
If you were a boss I'd deathmatch ya in a minute!

Bit.Trip Saga is on sale for $10 right now I think... you could get that and Cave Story... or you could add some $$ to that and get an actual retail game.

All of these except fractured souls. But there's a demo for that, so try it and see if you like it.

Try Fractured Soul, it is an amazing platformer that isn't cheap. It'll put your platforming skills to the test, esspcially if you try to do 5* runs. Just doing no damage run on some is difficult enough.

Also, Gunman Clive is a $2 platformer that really isn't bad. I had fun with it and beat the game 100% in about 7-8 hours (no damage + beat par times) with all 3 characters.

it's okay but i wouldn't recommend buying the eshop version as that is a little too much for a 1-2 hour game. besides, you can download the pc version for free which i did. i would suggest you do the same.

As far as puzzle games go:
- Delbo ($1.99)
- Dr. Mario Express (The pills are better proportioned on this version compared to the GB Dr. Mario)
- Kirby's Star Stacker
- Puzzle League Express

It really depends on the type of games you are looking to play. I have like 40 games off the eShop. I like the old school stuff, plat formers, puzzle games, and quirky/weird indy stuff.

The aforementioned Bit.Trip Saga for $10 is a steal. That is 6 games with the sequel to Bit.Trip Runner hitting the Wii U eShop this month.

If you want an idea on how the eShop games stack up, I would visit nintendolife.com. They review every eShop title and their ratings are generally pretty spot on.
