To be fair Japan has an issue with over the top violence, where as a the US has issues with over the top sexuality. The difference is Japan will release the gory games censored, where as US won't even release the sexy games. Look at this issues of people wanting Dokidoki Majo Shinpan! & Senran Kagura. Let me remind you both those games are only mild ecchi, since Japan actually refused to let blatant H games on Handhelds & Consoles, without censoring the already censored by law scenes.

The only way the US gets games with blatant sexual content is for it to be developed in the west. About the only exception I can think of is Dead or Alive: Paradise. But then again don't make Japans pseudo ban again look bigger that it is. PS2 saw it share or Video Girl game disk release. I mean those things where a real woman strips and *********** in front of the camera, probably after you beat the mini-game type thing.
