The vita version gets the console endgame+new content, so that's the one you should go for.

Games aimed at proper gamers (KI for example) just don't sell very well on 3DS. The kids love their Mario and Pokemanz.

The PC version is going to have the most content in a month or so, development for it started up for it again. It's also 2.50 during steam sales.

The developers stated it's not coming to the 3DS because of memory issues.

Terraria has about as much focus on building as MC does on combat. They both have building and fighting but they're much different games.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

Minecraft had a lot of content missing on console, or so I've been told, so is Terraria the same? If you already have it on PC (like me), there's no reason to get it on handheld/console unless you reeaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want to.

How did you completely miss the 5 posts before you saying Terraria had new content on consoles?

I thought they were saying it had content exclusive to consoles and not all the content that was in the PC version. I misread all those posts then.

Anyway, it's pretty surprising whether I misread them or not. PC games that gets ported to consoles normally have a ton of stuff missing. Terraria having everything from the PC version plus new content is some sort of miracle.
