It's kinda sad to see the amount of people saying Nintendo's layout needs to be more like Microsoft's... when Sega took Nintendo's and just flipped the letters so it would fool people. O.o

Fixed.
It's as if people forgot the Dreamcast even existed.

I've had it for five months, and I still get confused sometimes. Especially after I've played my 360 for a while. It would definitely be easier if the buttons were in the same place on both systems, but having them switched isn't terrible. Just different.

I have no problems switching between PSP, who uses the bottom button (X) to accept and the right button (circle) to cancel stuff, whereas on Nintendo handhelds it's the other way around (accept with the right and cancel with the bottom).

If I were you, forget the labels and go with the context functions. It doesn't really matter what button it is, if it's on the bottom it's usually used to accept stuff.
pardon if my posts suck, i post by tapping on the handset button on a one-way analog handset. i saw Hannibal Lecter do it.

I'm annoyed by the finite number of system transfers. Put a 6 month cool down on it and I'd preorder the Animal Crossing XL.

Then don't buy it. Maybe it's not for you. I never heard people complaining about button layout before though...
Definitely the new generation of gamers, who never played or see a GBA, I think.

And this.
