I think it's just the circuit board moves just enough to make a sound. A lot of my games do. It seems like a normal thing to me.

ok. I thought it was something serious as i realized that most of my games(including new ones)makes noise when i tried to shake it. I gess its normal though >_> *decided to continue on buying 3ds games*
