If you enjoy grinding to maximize relationship levels or playing the game again on different difficulties or with self imposed limitations then yes lots. If not you should still get about 40-50 hours of entertainment from a single play through(I think I was in that range on my first run).

Edit: Also I should add that I don't normally replay games immediately after I beat them but I am with this one so even if you don't normally do multiple play throughs this is the kind of game that becomes an exception, for me at least, so there must be other people who feel the same.

Let's not forget the DLC + Spotpass maps/characters as well. Which adds more replay value.

Tons of replay value. The game has a system where you can match characters together to get married, and each character has several combinations, and each combination contains an extensive amount of unique dialogue that can be rewatched in a theater-type area. Not to mention the loads of DLC that is available.
