Any way to see if I have enough SD space BEFORE I buy a game?

Trying to get fire emb. but not sure if I have enough space. Any tips?

Go to system settings - data management - 3DS - Software. You should see your open blocks. That's your SD card space.

Fire Emblem digital is 8579 blocks+ the content if your downloading that after. I'm gold this is close to 1Gb+

also, right before you check out a game in the eshop, it will show you how many (memory) blocks it takes, how many you had, and how many you will be left w/ after the download.
I need a sharp instrument... or blunt, blunt is good, too.

^ ya I know but only if you have enough funds to purchase it, they should do it before. Thanks for the tip I had just enough downloading now.

I believe you won't be able to reach the Add Funds screen if you are lacking space (at least the Wii U does it, I ran into that with Lego City, one would presume the 3DS does it too).
