Another case of judging a book by it's cover.

That's a terrible article, the girls clothes get destroyed as they are damaged meaning you don't want to have the girl lose her clothes. The only time the girls lose their clothes for power is when going yang mode but then it doesn't show the cutscenes of them losing the clothes.

I don't get why this board keeps defending Senran Kagura. It was built around extreme fanservice.
My sig will never happen, but it would be awesome if it did.

If anything, that hysterical article made me more likely to buy the game.

Because variety is good? I'm not even interested in SK but I most certainly don't want to see rules which govern exactly what a game has to do and has to be. The last thing we need is every game being pushed to be the exact same as every other game. That's what Activision is for.

And I don't get why people keep attacking it. Hate this Kotaku-esque gaming "journalism" aka clickbait.

No clue how anyone could deny that. Have fun gameplay all it wants, but deny its existence revolves around fanservice... lol.

"the characters featured in Senran Kagura are high school students, presumably meaning that they are 18 years old or younger. Which is highly disturbing in and of itself, to be honest"

Err, not it isn't. The age of consent in European countries generally ranges from 14-16. If the laws of your country states that it's okay for an adult to have sex with a 16-year old, you can't act all shocked and horrified when fictional 17-18 year olds in a game are sexualized.
