The main advantage of the New 3DS is the better 3D, which is irrelevant if you are only going to buy the 2DS. I do not consider the SNES games an advantage since the Wii has has a much better selection.

Not really

I personally dislike 3d..

I play on my original 3ds so the screen its not too different the the 2ds.

There are also no black borders on the 2ds so i guess that's a plus... sometimes i see my reflection on the borders when playing a 3ds xl or 3ds original and its kind of annoying but you get used to it

well on the 'new' systems the super nintendo virtual console has games that easily compete with the top 10 3ds or ds games. Really nice to have super mario world, super metroid, and mega man x portable.

Not really, just SNES games, Fire Emblem warriors, Xenoblade, BOI, and some shovelware. So a ton of ports and random garbage, yeah, you're not missing out on much
