You must wait one week between system transfers.
You cannot transfer from a 'New' model system (New 3DS, New 3DSXL, New 2DS) to an original model system (3DS, 3DSXL, 2DS).
You cannot system transfer between systems from other regions (i.e. a US system and a European system). You can system transfer between systems from different countries in the same region (i.e. US system to Canadian or Mexican system).
All systems must be on the latest firmware, and you need an internet connection for both systems to perform a system transfer.
Every time you transfer from one system to another, everything on the destination system is overwritten by what is on the sending system and the sending system is formatted.

En un mundo perfecto, eso definitivamente importaria.

The only limits are both systems involved cannot do another transfer for 7 days, in either direction; both consoles must be from the same region; target console cannot have an NNID linked to it, you must reformat it if it does; New consoles are not allowed to transfer to original consoles, but the opposite way is allowed.

One more thing. The server can have multiple NNIDs linked to the same system serial number. When you start a transfer, the server looks up all NNIDs linked to the source system serial, and transfers them all to the target system. So it becomes a pain to juggle two systems with NNIDs, because both will end up on the target system, and you have to call Nintendo every time to unlink the one you want on the other system. It isn't meant for system juggling, just for when you buy a new system to replace an old one.

What about just moving a single NNID between two systems?

That will work, but what is the point? The transfer takes a while to do each time, needs an internet connection, and why would you have 2 systems for the same person?
