Is there a way to do this?

If so, how?

Need a capture card or CFW.
Anyone can believe in the truth. To believe in nonsense is a demonstration of loyalty... it serves as a uniform.
And if you have a uniform, you have an army.

Through methods that are considered "piracy" by GFaqs mods you can stream to PC for a minimal or no price at all with just software, caveat being only n3/2DS models & mileage may vary.

For an arm & leg, you can have a try at a capture card. There is, if I recall only 1 available person to do them & apparently of questionable repute.

Why? These 240p games would look disgusting on a big screen TV. Maybe look into buying a Switch.

Actually, about 3 shops doing capture card installation, but the price starts at $200 or so, and you have to ship your system to Japan and back. Of you can spend about $500 and just buy a system from them that is already modified. That method works with everything and gets 60 frames per second

The custom firmware option only works with 3DS software, not GBA VC, DSiWare, or original DS software, but the price point to get it is at most $20. Downside is it uses wifi to stream the video (no audio, got to run a cable from the headphone jack for that) and so it tops out at about 45 FPS, and more often only gets 30 FPS or lower.
