Can anyone confirm if the stone drops on normal, or only on hard?

Just this morning I found it in a gold chest. I was pretty excited! I was just practicing. :)

So yes, it does drop on Normal.

I really hope this is true, because I was having trouble soloing Hard Beelzebub with Yoko last time I played, and I'd really like to get the Philosopher's Stone, max Yoko, and never touch her again. I just don't find Yoko fun to play as, even though she should be similar to Charlotte, who is my favorite character.

im only saying this cause maybe knowing it will make Yoko more fun in some weird way, she's not really supposed to be like Charlotte she's supposed to be like Sypha from CV3 Dracula's Curse. and having gotten that for Christmas when it first came out when i was 10 (im 30 now) she really does have that feel.
that being said... compared to Charlotte, like playing a different game and i honestly feel that coming from Fun Factor and not Nostalgia Factor youre totally right she should have been a little more like Charlotte if thats what you wanted to enjoy about the game

Philosopher's Stone drops actually more often on Normal's boss treasure chest. Just FYI.
