speed = how fast shots travel range = how far shots travel
I know the difference ._.
i was first referring to a fdcs from a babel. Whether a bdcs lasts longer from a slower shot speed or not is debatable, but a fdcs would cuz it'd take longer to go the full distance. and if it was really slow, the multiple hits would likely kill.
Kinda like the drill arm bdcs, if it was slower it'd be harder to land but would gain many more hits
I wouldn't want it as a Mod. Already we're thinking of ways it could be broken. Shot Speed+ would make staves killing machines, especially the numerously aforementioned Flintlock Staff. And weapons with high homing would benefit more from Shot Speed- due to the whole Turn Radius thing. If it's going to be affected by something, it should be two opposite powers. One which increases shot speed while lowering Shot Cancellation (basically a Lightweight for Shots), and the other doing the opposite. Increasing Shot Cancellation, but at the cost of shots being slower. As mods they could be broken, but as powers...not as much.
