Go to Isabell and go to the Problematic citizens option. Why do you want them out btw? just curious.

Why do people keep spreading this around? That doesn't remove villagers, that's for reporting offensive catchphrases and pattern designs.


There is no way to force villagers out, but you can spur their decision to move out by not completing favors for them, whacking with the net, and opening their stuff when you have something that belongs to them.

I think that option with Isabelle only resets their quote (in case a visitor got to change it to something offensive or you don't like).

Try to annoy the citizen as much as you can, hitting with the net multiple times, pushing, pitfalling, etc. Annoy him/her. After a couple days of bullying he should move out (may take some time. Try to never talk to him normally other than doing these mean things.
