No, you might be thinking of Pokesav, which is a computer program

but there is a code for catching other trainer's pokemon =P

Actually, it is possible, but for true story it's just modifying everything about the pokemon such as species, moveset, EV's, IV's, nature, OT, ID, secret ID etc. It is very possible to hack your own pokemon, but you either must know EVERY SINGLE DETAIL about how to do it, or use a code-generating program called Pokesav that can hook up to your AR to hack nearly anything about your file that needs hacking.

Using Pokesav codes you can make AR codes to change them in many ways but you don't have complete control over making them, for example you can give them different abilites, moves, and personal info (like when and where they were caught) but you can't give them different types (like making Charizard a water/dragon) or full control over stats (like making pikachu have 999 attack and 0 speed)
