"Rayman's third game on a GameBoy system."

Rayman's back to the Gameboy, and this time it isn't a remake of his first adventure, it's a new one. As every other R-man game, this is a platformer, which means it won't last you to long, but it should be enjoyable while it lasts.

In this game your start off about a month or two from Rayman 2: The Great Escape, Rayman and Globox just hang out when suddenly he swallos a Dark Lum, and then everything gets screwed up. Razorbeard and Ly also make a return.

Gameplay: 10/10
Gameplay is pretty darn good, it's Rayman with whole new moves, it's your typical platform, but it is indeed a challange to finish, this game difficulty is usually up to insane 50% of the time, which Rayman fans seeking for a challange would just love to get into.

Graphics: 9/10
The graphics are extreamly colorful and bright, but I have seen better, still they do look better than 80% of the other GBA[SP] lineup, so I'm not complining, and I doubt you would either.

Story: 7/10
This is probably it's only weak point, though it's a wacky Rayman storyline, if you would blink you would probably miss the fact that it really connects Rayman 3 and Rayman 2 really well, even though it is indeed a homage to Rayman3

Music: 10/10
The music is great, some remixes of Rayman2 and new music, the music is very fun to listen to, and doesn't really get old, and the sound effects of enemys really go along with the music, so basically if the sound is off, you'll probably die a horrible death.

Replay: 8/10
The replay value isn't bad at all in here, indeed it's a platformer game so don't expect anything, but as far as platformers go it isn't to pointless to do the extra effort, and it's pretty fun replaying the levels just because, because they'll always be a beautiful graphic art.

Link up: 9/10
You can link up to 4 players [all need to have an Rayman 3 gamepak] or 2 players with only one gamepak, the modes are fun, you'll play a redux of the racing levels and a cute 'tag'-ish Rayman style game.

You can also link up to the gamecube for 11 Extra levels, 1 level every 100 LUMS, and if you beat this game or R3 on GC, you can unlock even more great stuff, and extras.

Overall: [not averege] 9/10
This game is great for a Rayman fan and platformer fan alike, basically, the more you play the more there is to play.
