It's A Me Mario!!
Mario is at his best. Making his debut for the N64 and it's a dozy. Once again, the Princess is captured by Bowser. You use a star system to advance through levels, which is cool. You get stars by doing different things in the worlds.
Graphics: The graphics are fine, nothing really to complain about. Besides, it was the first game for the N64 so they did their best at making the best graphics. The detail in some of the levels is pretty.
Gameplay: The only problem is that the camera can be pain when trying to get the right angle. It doesn't take long to learn all the moves. The moves are cool themselves. My favorite move would have to be the long jump. The levels are big and there are a lot of special things in each level.
Sound: There is nothing special about the sound in Mario 64. Just usual standard Mario tunes. Along with the occasional one liners like "Let's A Go!" and "Momma Mea". The music usually fits the level, which is nice.
Overall: Mario is one of the best games out for the N64. Though there may not be much replay value, this game is still awesome. The game is still hard enough so you will have a challenge.
Rating: 4.5 - Outstanding
