"Tycoon goodness."

This game, being the micro-managing-tycoon-movie making tool- hybrid, is actually, quite impressive. It has a scent of British humor, and it can be a little funny. But, not by much. Sorry, I just don't get those jokes...

Anyways. For the review.

Graphics 9/10

The graphics can be quite impressive. Depending on what setting you put it on options, it goes sorta like, low, medium, high, highest, and best.

But, nonetheless, the graphics are a-okay.

Sound 9/10

From the radio DJ, giving you what is going on around the globe, to the music that you listen to whilst playing the game, it can be quite relaxing. You can also ass your own music, by changing it to .oog format. Then, you can add it to your movies, add voice overs, put in subtitles, lots of options.

Gameplay 10/10

Now, this is where the game really shines. This game will keep you busy. Not only with the movies, but with your lot, and keeping up with your stars. Trust me, there will be micromanaging galore, but it can be quite fun. Making your stars get a relationship is hard. I just figured out how to do that.

The movie making tool, is not perfect, though. It has around, 6000 scenes to chose from, and around 40 sets. That, is barely enough for the great online community that this game has. But, once the propshop gets going, and when there are patches, and expansion packs, there will be sure to be more, and more scenes and sets to chose from.

You can make all sorts of movies. Make cowboys ride in space, or have a bunny costumed ghetto-gangsta. This game will keep you busy for quite some time.

And, when you do beat it, there is always sandbox mode to keep the fun going.

Buy. Preferably, when the price goes down. There are no local places to rent PC games, but this game will be ported to the consoles sometime. But, those ports won't be as good as the PC original.

Overall, one of Lionheads best games, since Black & White. This game, will not dissapoint, all the die hard, movie fans.
