Testingcheatsenabled true?

  1. I know howe you said you just change the 0 to a 1 in notepad and save it, But mine wont let me.
    Whats the problem?

  1. Also, at the Security tab of the ini file properties you may need to change the permissions per user.It did't work either for me until I gave..myself the permission to make changes at these files.It is usually made to let the System make such configurations.

  1. Right click on the .ini file, Go to Properties, then tick off "Read Only", edit the file to 1 then save, and go back to properties, and put on Read Only again.
