Can 1 family have 2 houses or more at the same time??

  1. I really wanted this 2 great houses... but i only want my fave sims family to have it... so how can i have 'em both?

  1. Yes, but only if you have World Adventures. Then you can have a home in the normal Neighbourhood, and another in one of the holiday/vacation areas.

    Alternatively, you could split that family up and have some of them live in each house, but Sims 3 is designed for your to play a single household in each Neighbourhood. If you want to start doing things like this, you'd need a Story Progression Mod, otherwise each half of the original family would progress by themselves when you're not playing them, and Bad Things might happen.

  2. Ok so i guess your meaning your 1 family have 2 houses in the same neighbourhood. Yes you can do that just go to your smartphone in your inventory, then press realastate and travel services, then you should see an option that says purchase additional home.
