Head through the gate and take out the two groups of dark spawn. Head up the stairs. Warning: the gate will explode. Defeat the Hurlocks. As soon as you save the guard in the upper left corner you get the quest [A MEDICAL NECESSITY]. Head west and take out the Hurlocks. Examine the crates to get [MEDICAL SUPPLIES]. Take that back to the guard. ============================================================================ Vigil’s Keep - Interior 01.02.00 ============================================================================ After a little cut scene you will be attacked by Shrieks. Head up the stairs on the right and go through the door. You will meet Anders as he is taking out a Hurlock. Take him with you. A mage is always good to have. Proceed through the door on the right. Take out the two Hurlocks and save the survivor. Head through the door on the left. Once you get close to the ballista you get attacked by Hurlocks and Genlocks. Head through the door. The crate contains a [DAGGER]. Head through the door on the left and pull the lever. Go back and take down the barricade and go through the door. Head through the gate and open the door on the left to find another survivor. Now go through the other door. Take out the Genlocks and go through the door on the left to find a crate with a [SHORTBOW] and a chest with a [NOVICE BARRIER RUNE]. Leave the room and go through the door to the left, down the hall and through another door. Here you meet Oghren. Take out the Genlocks and Hurlock Alpha. After they are all dead Oghren joins your party. Head for the door in front of you, the chest contains [SOULROT COATING RECIPE] and [BLANK VELLUM] take it. Down the hall, and through another door. Kill the Genlocks and Hurlocks. The chest contains [SLEEPER] and [NOVICE STOUT RUNE]. Then go through the door on the left of the room. Take out the Hurlocks and free the survivor. The chest at the bottom has [ELF-FLIGHT ARROW]. Back to the room where you found Oghren and go through the door on the right. You will meet Roland. He is a little worse for wear. He’ll tell you that the dark spawn came out of no where and there was a talking dark spawn. Go through the next door and take out the Genlocks and Hurlocks. Go through the door to the left of the stairs. The crate contains a [MACE]. Then up the stairs and the Hurlocks will come out of the room. In the room is a locked chest that has a [FIRE ARROW]. The other chest has a [JOURNEYMAN TEMPEST RUNE]. Leave the room and head out the door. Start walking and you will meet the talking dark spawn, The Withered. He will attack along with the Hurlocks. Then enjoy the cut scene where King Alistair shows up. You are told that Anders will be taking away to the circle and judged. If you want to keep him with you, invoke the right of conscription. You will also find out that the old man is Varel, Seneschal of the keep. The next scene Varel with tell you that you need to start the Joining. ============================================================================ Vigil’s Keep - Throne Room 01.03.00 ============================================================================ After you’re done talking with Varel head left and to the weapon stand. It has a [AXE], [DUMAT’S SPINE], [CHEVALIER’S MACE]. Go left and talk to Yuriah and buy the [GREATER WARMTH BALM] and [BACKPACK]. Go left and your personal storage has a [SILVER COG]. The armor stand has [COMMANDER’S HELM], [TRICKSTER’S TUNIC]. Talk to Ambassador Cera and buy the [GRANDMASTER FLAME RUNE TRACING], [EXPERT FLAME RUNE TRACING], [NOVICE FLAME RUNE] x8, [BLANK RUNESTONE] x15, and [ETCHING AGENT] x 10. You doing to be doing a lot of rune crafting so its recommended that you raise that skill. The pile of books behind her has [GRANDMASTER HALE RUNE TRACING], [VERSES OF DREAMS] take it, [BLANK VELLUM] take it. The books to the left have [GRANDMASTER FROST RUNE TRACING], [THE WARRIOR’S HEART] take it, [BLANK VELLUM] take it. Now talk to Mistress Woolsey. She says merchant caravans are being attacked along the pilgrims path. She tells you to speak with Mervis in Amaranthine. Now speak with Varel. He will tell you that a Grey Warden, Kristoff, has gone to Amaranthine. Now speak with Captain Garevel. He tells you that some hunters have stumbled across an entrance to the Deep Roads. He mentions that you should talk with Colbert in Amaranthine. Once your finished head out the door ============================================================================ Vigils Keep part 2 02.00.00 ============================================================================ Once outside Private will tell you that a thief was caught and is now in the dungeon. She also gives you some letters. Turn around and speak with Sergeant Maverlies she tells you that there may still be dark spawn in the vigil. Wait just a bit to go into the basement. There are a few things you need to pick up first. Head around the corner and speak with Voldrik Glavonak. He’ll tell you that he needs some proper men to rebuild the Keep’s walls and that takes some coin. If you have 80 sovereigns give them up. Its worth it. Now head west and you’ll see a kitten next to the building on the left of the pine trees. Take the cat with you. Gift the cat to Anders. The locked chest to the right contains [RANDOM ITEMS]. The locked chest two buildings to the left of the pine trees contains [RANDOM ITEMS]. Back where you found the medical supply crate there is another crate that contains [RANDOM ITEMS]. Now make you way into the dungeon. ============================================================================ Vigil’s Keep - Dungeon 02.01.00 ============================================================================ There is a crate by the door that has [SOAP ON A ROPE] take it, and some coin. Open up the chest to get the prisoner’s stuff. Speak with the cell guard. Ask to speak with the thief. Now speak with the prisoner, Nathaniel Howe. He thought he wanted to kill you, then he just wanted to reclaim some of his families things. Once you have finished talking to him say that you know what to do with him. Varel will show up and ask what you want to do with him. If you want him in your party invoke the right of conscription. If you do then he goes through the Joining. ============================================================================ Vigil’s Keep - Throne Room part 2 02.02.00 ============================================================================ Speak with Varel and find out that you now have Howe’s vassals. All the vassals will now vow their loyalty to you. Speak with Lord Eddelbrek. You will be told that you have to decide where to send you soldiers to defend. Now speak with Ser Tamra. She tells you that there are some of the nobles that seek to end your dominion over them. Meaning, they want to kill you. Now speak with Varel and bring up what you heard. Once you tell him everything you can clear out the hall and be on your way. Head out of the room. Go speak with Sergeant Maverlies and tell you to take you down into the cave-in. =========================================================================== Vigil’s Keep - Basement 02.03.00 =========================================================================== Head down the stairs into the room and check out the sleeping Mabari. Take to scroll to find out that a woman named Adria is down in the deep. Go through the door. Take out the Hurlocks and examine the soldiers for [CHAINMAIL BOOTS], [STUDDED LEATHER BOOTS], [SCALE BOOTS]. Go through the door on the left. The crate contains [SILK CARPET]. The door right behind you has a crate containing [WEST HILL BRANDY] take it, and [QUARTZ]. Gift the brandy to Oghren. Go down the stairs on the left. Once you head towards the statue some Shrieks pop out. Examine the shelves. Examine the statue for a little riddle. Now examine the torch on the wall to reveal a hidden chest containing [SUPERB HEALTH POULTICE], [GREATER INJURY KIT], [POTENT LYRIUM POTION], [GREATER NATURE SALVE], [SWIFT SALVE], [TINGLER], [MANUSCRIPT COPY], [ TRADE MANIFEST]. Leave the room and go through the door on the left of you. Down the stairs and take out the Ghouls. The books by the door you came in contain [DELILAH HOWE’S LETTERS] take it, and [BLANK VELLUM] take it. Gift the letters to Nathaniel. Examine the locked chest. Examine the Soldiers Corpse behind the counter Now talk to the prisoner and let them out. They don’t have any thing to give you but their clothes. Go in the locked door to the left if you can. Take the door to your right. You find Adria and she is now a ghoul that must be killed. Examine the letter to the right of the doorway you just came in. The knight contains [GOLD EARRING] take it and gift it to Anders. The Veridium Deposit contains [VERIDIUM ORE] take it. Head through the other door way to find a collapsed section and a cut scene . Head on out of the keep. Once your outside go talk to Herren and bring up that you men would need some armor. Exit the conversation and get back into it and tell Herren you found an ore deposit. Now head east where you found the kitten and run into the groundskeeper. And find out that Nathanial’s sister isn’t dead and married a store keep in Amaranthine. Now leave the keep and head toward Forlorn Cove. ============================================================================ Forlorn Cove 03.00.00 ============================================================================ Over the bridge and you’ll run into the bandits that kidnapped Lord Bensley’s daughter. Deal with them how ever you wish. You still get the girl. Now go to the Turnoble Estate. ============================================================================ Turnoble Estate 04.00.00 ============================================================================ Once there you are attacked my Genlocks. Head toward the farm house and take out the Hurlock and Ogre. Head right and take out the rest of the Hurlocks. If you see Goodwife Valena Turnoble lying dead loot her body for the [DIAMOND]. Leave the estate and head for Amaranthine. ============================================================================ Amaranthine 05.00.00 ============================================================================ A man leaning on a house will start talking to you and say that he has a business proposition for you and you should go talk to him. Then he runs off to the left. Go straight and talk to Colbert. He’ll tell you what happened when they found the chasm. He’ll give you the map location of the chasm. Now turn around and go find the Shady Character that ran off. Inside the first house on the right is a Crate containing [DISCARDED JOURNAL] take it. The first house on the left has a locked chest in front of it containing [STUDDED LEATHER GLOVES]. The chest next to the house contains [FROSTROCK]. Turn around and at the last building on the left is the Shady Character. He’ll tell you that you deserve a cut in his smuggling ring. Go along with him or not. Now go back towards Colbert and make a left. You’ll be stopped by a guard who was paid to give you a letter if you chose to seek out the Dark Wolf. Read the letter and it says that Wolf will meet you by the fountain. Keep going and you’ll be stopped by another guard who needs to search your packs for smuggled goods. He wont search your packs. He is interrupted by Constable Aidan who tells you that he could use your help with the smuggling ring. Once your free go talk to him. He tells you that there is a smuggler hiding out in the market and he wants you to find out where their hideout is. Head down the stairs on the left and speak to the Suspicious Character. He summons some goons to take care of you and runs off. Defeat the goons and chase after him. Keep fighting and chasing until he disappears by a locked cellar door. Make your way back to Constable Aidan and tell him about the abandoned house. He’ll tell you that there should be some body on guard and they should have the key. Go back to the house and speak with the Shady Character. Him and two other smugglers will attack you. The shady character has the key. Use to key to get into Smugglers Cove. ============================================================================ Smuggler’s Cove 05.01.00 ============================================================================ Just to the left of the entrance inside the cove is a crate Toy Box. Take the [TOY CHARIOT]. Follow the path and speak with the Smuggler Leader on the left. He will attack. Check the Smuggler’s Cache. Check the other one it has [FEET OF THE NIMBLE], [RUBY], [TOPAZ], [FLUORSPAR], [QUARTZ], and coin. Check the pile of books behind you and up the stairs. It contains [DISPEL TRAP]. Check the locked chest in the corner. Down the stairs and to the right, up against the wall is a crate containing [LOCKSMITH’S TOOLS] take it and gift it to Nathaniel. Head through the doorway to the right a keep going till you end up in The Crown and Lion. ============================================================================ Amaranthine part 2 06.00.00 ============================================================================ Go out of the room and speak with the Innkeeper. Ask about Kristoff. Ask for the key to his room. Take the key and head up the stairs. It’s the door right in front of you. Examine the map on the wall. The chest behind the couch contains [KRISTOFF’S MEMENTOS] take it. The locked chest by the bed contains [SPIRIT CORD] [A LETTER FROM AURA]. Examine the little board, Blight Orfans Notis Bord, to the left of the exit door. Put 50 silvers in the cup left of the board. Leave the inn and go back in and examine the board. Accept The Blight Orphans (Again) quest. Buy a bottle of Antivan Brandy from the bartender. Put two soveriengs and the bottle of brandy in the crate next to the board. Examine the board again and accept The Sermons of Justinia II quest. Go inside the chantry and take the book on the podium. Put the book in the crate by the board. Examine the board again and accept the Moonshine for the Children quest. Go to the marketplace and go in the door next to the grocer. Take out the moon shiners. Examine the crate to the right of the door and take the [DRAGON PISS] and gift it to Oghren. Take the crate of moonshine to the right. Go back to the inn and put the moonshine in the crate by the board. Leave the inn and go back in and examine the board. Accept Those Sweet Orphans quest. Take the herbs on the bench, go into the chantry, go in the room on the right and examine the bed. Go back to the inn. Examine the board again and accept The Scavenger Hunt quest. Go out of the inn and head left. Take the pitchfork out of the tree. Head down to the market and take the slice of [PIE] behind Merchant Henley. Make a right at the weapon smith and take the [SHOE SOLES] laying on the ground. Turn around and go up the stairs till you see the large cart in the corner. Behind it is a [DOLL] on the ground, take it. Head up the stairs and turn left to find a [HAMMER] hanging from a rope. Go back to the inn and drop them all off in the crate by the board. Examine the board and accept A Present for Melisse. Head in the room to the right of the innkeeper and take the [KITCHEN KNIFE] on the round table in the corner. Leave the inn, go out the city gate and into the first fenced in field on the right and take the scarecrow. Go back inside the gate and turn right and plant the scarecrow in the [SOFT GROUND]. Go back to the inn and accept the Making Amends quest. Go inside the chantry and take the [FLOWERS] on the desk in the room on the right. Go back to where you put the scarecrow and place the [FLOWERS] on the doorstep. Go back to the market where you found the Suspicious Character and speak with Glassric and buy the [SNOW GLOBE], [BACKPACK], and [PURE IRON]. Turn around and speak with Octham and buy [GOLDEN VASE] and gift it to Nathaniel. Check the locked chest in the alley. You will run into Nathaniel’s sister. Keep heading towards the stairs and speak to Mervis. He tells you that the caravans are being attacked in the Wending Wood and he wants your help. Now head down the alley to the left and check the crate. Head back towards the stairs, but before you go up speak with Kendrick and he will explain the board next to him. Check out the board and except all four quests. Now head up the stairs. Check the locked chest on the right. The chest across from it contains [WOOL PADDING] take it. Now go speak with the Suspicious Guard. He is the Dark Wolf. He tells you that he would like to help with the conspiracy against you. He will ask for 50 sovereigns to find out who wants you dead. Turn right and talk to Namaya. Once you’re in front of The Crown and Lion make a left and examine the Marketplace Handbills for a little scene with Oghren. Go up the stairs and speak with Wynne. She will tell you that nobody can get a hold of one of her colleagues, Ines, in the Wending Wood and she would like you to find her. Turn left and take the potted plant. Then take a look at the Chanter’s Board and accept all four quests. Head inside the chantry. Examine the lost and found to you left, It contains [KNITTED SCARF] take it. Now speak with Ser Rylien. Tell her you read the posting on the board. Examine the locked chest on the left. Now speak with Alma. Pass the pews and go left. Examine the armoire. Turn around and go in the room across the chantry. Examine the pile of books on the left. It contains [BLANK JOURNAL] take it. Turn around and examine the chest. Leave the chantry and make you way to the entrance to the city. You will notice an elf walking around with an arrow over his head. Try to talk to him and he runs off. Take him out. Head down toward the market and you will see another elf. Talk to her and take her out. Head up the stairs and you’ll see a Mumbling Man. Talk to him, and take him out. Now make your way to the weapon smith and go into the little alley to the left and take the mage out. Now head inside the door to the left of the weapon smith. ============================================================================ Abandoned Warehouse 06.01.00 ============================================================================ Examine the locked chest across the room. Head right and go through the door way to your left. You will have to take out Rylock if you decide to keep Anders with you. Exit the room and examine the crate to the left. It contains [AQUA MAGUS] take it and gift it to Oghren. Turn right and examine the Armoire. Examine the Crate next to it. Now exit the warehouse. ============================================================================ Amaranthine part 3 06.02.00 ============================================================================ Take the little brown bottle on the table by the weapon smith. Now go right down to Master Henley and take the little brown bottle of his table. Head up the stairs and on the cart to the right is another little brown bottle for you to take. Now speak with the Dark Wolf. Head passed the inn, down the stair, and around the corner. You’ll find another little brown bottle on the cart on the right. Head inside the inn and on the shelf in the far right corner you will find a Note Fragment. Take the Stairs to the Battlements by Constable Aidan. At the end of the catwalk you will find another Note Fragment. Head off the battlement the way you came and turn left head down towards the exit and go in the last house on the left. There you will find and examine Karrem. Now go speak to Alma in the chantry. Leave the city and go to the Wending Woods. ============================================================================ Wending Woods 07.00.00 ============================================================================ NOTE: This is where you need the 8 [BLANK VELLUM]. Be sure to check the dead bodies for [FINE SILKS]. Go towards the destroyed caravan and examine the barrel for [FINE SILKS] take it. Examine the Broken Crate. Turn left and take out the scavengers. Examine the Wooden Crate. The barrel contains [FINE SILKS] take it. Turn right twice and loot the [BLOOD LOTUS]. The chest contains [FINE SILKS] take it, and some coin. Turn around and go left and take out the Burning Sylvan. Go left up the hill and examine the Engraved Statue Turn around and take the path left till you get to the campsite. The bundle of cloth by the bed roll contains [FINE SILKS] take it. Examine the locked Chest. Head south east and take out the Sylvan, Scavengers and Bandits. Go up the hill to the single tent and examine the Engraved Statue. Head north from the tent to the crate containing [FINE SILKS] take it. Follow the path south east to another crate containing [FINE SILKS]. Keep going and take out the Sylvan. Go to the crate and take the [FINE SILKS]. Follow the path west and go up the hill to the left. Careful there is a trap there. Examine the Engraved Statue. Get back on the path and take out the Scavengers and the Sylvan. Follow the path and go up the hill on the right before you get to the bridge and examine the Engraved Statue. Go back to the path and head right till you get to the bridge and run into a bandit that says an elf is after him. Now you will meet the elf, Velanna. She says that the caravans kidnapped her sister. Follow the path till you run into some Bandits. Keep going and you’ll run into more bandits. Head north to the Abandoned Dalish Camp. The wooden crate contains [DALISH GLOVES]. Examine the locked chest to the right. Just north east of the camp is a crate containing [SCOUT’S BOW] and [ELVEN PRAYER FOR THE DEAD] take it. Head north from the camp and take the second path on the right. Before you go on the path stop and look at the body by the fence and take the [STRANGE STONE] and [BATTERED JOURNAL] The path forks, go right and examine the big rocks to find the Granite Deposit. Take the other path till you run into some Hurlocks and Genlocks. The chest on the mound contains [JOURNEYMAN FLAME RUNE]. Turn around and examine the Engraved Statue. Get back on the path till you get to the Darkspawn Camp. Examine the chest by the big spiky thing. To the right, a locked chest. Go back to the path and head south till you get to two statues. The Statue of War is the one that told you to “come here”. Talk to Statue of War. He tells you how he became a statue. He asks you to kill the disturb the Magister’s bones and kill him. When you’re done talking the Statue of Peace wishes to speak with you. He tells you that the Magister’s death will accomplish nothing. He tells you that there is no release and asks you to show his brother the way of peace. To kill the Magister head north to the pile of bones and examine them. The Magister will be summoned and you will have to fight him. Once he is dead speak with the Statue of War and he will give you his sword. To calm the Statue of War, persuade him to release his anger. Tell him the curse cannot be lifted. Go back and speak with the Statue of Peace and he will give you an herbal recipe. Head south to take on an Ancient Sylvans. Loot them for [ANCIENT SYLVANWOOD].Keep heading south till you come upon a stone pentagram. Find the circle that called Missing Stone and examine it till the three circles around it light up. Touch the circle going outside from the Missing Stone, then the stone to the right, and to the right, right, right, inside, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, inside, left, left, left, left, outside, and right. And a Mystic Chest will be revealed containing [ILLUMINATION]. Go up the hill to the south of the pentagram puzzle and examine the Engraved Statue. Down the hill and turn left. Head south to meet Ines. She tells you that she will not leave till she gets the seeds of the northern prickleweed. Head northwest of her and take out The Old One and loot it for [HEARTWOOD]. Then take out the Wild Sylvan. Head north till you see the Blood Lotus and look to the right of the pine trees for the Northern Prickleweed. Check it out to get the seeds. Go back to Ines. Examine the Corpse by Ines and loot the [BRONZE SEXTANT] and gift it to Nathaniel. Give the seeds to Ines and she will give you an herbal recipe. Make your way north towards the Silverite Mine and head west from there and take out the Burning Sylvans. Go around the ruins and go through the trees and examine the Engraved Statue. Head north east from the ruins and go up a hill and examine the Engraved Statue inside the pillars. Make your way south till you come up against some spiders. To the right of you is the Makeshift Lean-To. Go there and talk with the Militia Survivor. He’ll tell you that he and his men were attacked by Darkspawn. After you kill him the Darkspawn come out. Loot one of them for the [ELVEN TRINKET]. Head down to where you encountered the spiders and examine the Cocoon. Turn around and head west towards the big ditch. Take out the wolfs and check the Darkspawn Corpse. Make you way to the Silverite Mine again taking out the Sylvan by the makeshift lean-to and loot it for the [ANCIENT SYLVANWOOD]. When you get close to the mine you will run into Velanna again. Tell her that the humans did not kidnap her sister. She will awaken two Sylvans and run off towards the Dalish camp. Once the Sylvans are dead some wolves will attack. Take them out and chase down Velanna. Don’t fight her. She will join your party. Give her the trinket you found. Once she is in your party head towards the mine. Before you get in Darkspawn will attack. ============================================================================ Silverite Mine 07.01.00 ============================================================================ Head down the stair and you will be lured into a trap. You will awaken in a jail cell and Velanna’s sister will give you the key out of the cell. Once your out of your cell Hurlocks and a Genlock will attack. Head up the stairs The pile of books to the right of the stairs contain [PARAGON FROST RUNE TRACING], [PHYLACTERIES: A HISTORY WRITTEN IN BLOOD] take it, [BLANK VELLUM]. Gift the Phylacteries to Anders. Examine the locked Chest. Head out of that room and make your way through the double doors. If you want to have a little fun, shoot the ballista. The Darkspawn will attack you from the door behind you. Once they are dead make you way down and into the next room. Darkspawn will attack before you get to the double doors. Go through the door and into the next room. Take out the Experimental Subject and take everything from it and give it back to your party member. Head through the double doors and examine the stones that are right around the corner. They contain [SHINY MALACHITE] take it and gift it to Velanna. Head through the hole in the wall to the south and speak with Keenan. He’ll tell you that a Darkspawn crushed his legs and took his wedding ring. He wants you to kill the Darkspawn, take the wedding ring, and take it to his wife Nida in Amaranthine. Leave that room and head right. The Darkspawn will attack. Go in the pin on the left and take the [FRESH DRAGON EGG]. Leave that area and go straight. Examine the Lyrium Deposit and take the [LYRIUM SAND]. Turn around and go left. Take the tunnel to the left and take out the Darkspawn and skeletons. Head through the hole in the wall and go in the room on the left. Examine the locked chest. Head up the stairs and the chest on the left contains the rest of your stuff. Armaas is a merchant. Go through the double doors to the next room. Here you will have to fight two Dragon Thralls. If you open it, it contains [KEY OF HAAKON] take it. Down the hall to the doorway on the left. Examine the Rocks, they contain [ELVEN RUNESTONE] take it and gift it to Velanna. Once you get to the bottom of the hill you will see a dwarf, Sigrun, being dragged off by Hurlocks. Defeat the Hurlocks and speak with Sigrun. She says that the Darkspawn might be breeding an army in Kal’Hirol and she is the only one left of the Legion of the Dead that where trying to investigate. She will join you team and show you to Kal’Hirol. If you put her in your immediate party you can give her a lot of gifts. Gift her the [POTTED PLANT, [SNOW GLOBE], and the [SOAP ON A ROPE]. Now head into Kal’Hirol. ============================================================================ Kal’Hirol 09.01.00 ============================================================================ Follow the path down and you will run into Jukka. He is badly injured and beyond saving. He says the Broodmothers are breeding and you should beware the children. Keep following the path and get attacked by Shrieks and Genlocks. Keep going and take out the Hurlocks. Head straight back to the ruined buildings. You’ll find a locked crate containing [CROSSBOW] and [DWARVEN LARGE ROUND SHIELD] Cross the bridge and take out the Deep Stalkers on the right. The Ancient Dwarven Crate contains [ANCIENT BOOTS]. Examine the vase. Follow the path up the hill and take out the Hurlocks. The ruined building on the left has a crate containing [DWARVEN LONGSWORD] and [WHETSTONE] take it. Gift it to Nathaniel. Head inside the fort and Sigrun tells you that the Legion of the Dead stormed the gate and it didn’t go well. There is no hidden side entrance so you have to storm the main gate. The Darkspawn Corpse contains [DARKSPAWN LONGBOW]. Before you get to the stairs you are attacked by some Childer. Examine the Darkspawn Corpse. Examine the vase to the right of the stairs up against the wall. Take out the Hurlocks. Head left and go to the backside of the room. Examine the crate to the left of the first table. There is a [DAMAGED AXE] leaning against the second table from the left. The scrolls on the third table contain [MASTERPIECE FLAME RUNE TRACING], [PARAGON FLAME RUNE TRACING], [BLANK VELLUM]. You can repair the broken equipment on the anvil by the golem. Head back to the other side of the room and examine the crate to the left of the stairs. Go through the doorway. Up the stairs and turn left. Take out the Hurlocks and speak with the prisoner, Steafan. He says he will give you what he found if you let him out. Turn right and head through the doorway. Take out the Childer Hatchlings. After the cut scene take out The Lost and the Inferno Golem. Loot the Inferno Golem for the [INFERNO GOLEM SHELL]. From there head right. As soon as you turn the corner you get attacked by Tentacles. When you enter the next you take out the tentacles. Take out at least two of the chain and destroy the Broodmothers. Once that is done convince Sigrun to come with you. Speak with Anders, Sigrun, Velanna, Varel. Speak with Varel and again and tell him that Sigrun wishes to go through the Joining. Examine all the bodies and crates on the left and right. Head forward and take out more Marsh Wolfs. The path forks and go right. Once you in the little village you get attacked by Blighted Werewolves. In between the two on the ground is an Ancient letter containing an [ANCIENT NOTE] take it. Turn left and out the gate. Go right at the fork. And another right. The chest contains [HEALTH POULTICE]. Go right again and you will find a [DRAGON BONE] take it. Turn around and go right till you see the tent. Examine the rocks containing [KRISTOFF’S LOCKET] take it. Turn east from the tent. You’ll find the summoning circle. Don’t bother with it yet. take the path on the left and you’ll find another [DRAGON BONE] take it. Turn around and as soon as you get to the summoning circle head east. At the fork go left. You will find Kristoff’s body. You will meet The First. Make your way down the path and take out the Lesser Shades. Head up the path on the right and take out the Desire Demons. Then examine the Veil Tear Apparatus. Turn around and examine the Essence of Constitution for a permanent +1 to your constitution. Head down the path, go straight, and the path veers left. Take out the Greater Shades, and if you need a heal examine the Lyrium Vein. Turn back around and then take the path to the left. At the fork go right. Before you get to the summoning circle take the path on the right up the hill. Take out the Desire Demons and examine the Veil Tear Apparatus. Now go to the summoning circle. 6 LV 1 5 2 4 3 The numbers are the rune stones and LV is the Lyrium Vein. Examine the rune stones in this order.5, 2, 3, 6, 1, 4. Doing that will summon 6 Lesser Rage Demons. Once you defeat them examine the Runic Pedestal. Now take the path up the hill and examine the Essence of Willpower for a +1 to your Willpower. Back down the path and go right. At the fork take a left and examine the Essence of Strength for a +1 to your strength. Turn around and go straight for the Essence of Dexterity for a +1 to your Dexterity. You will be attacked by Greater Rage Demons as soon as you reach the essence. From the Essence of Dexterity go right, then right again. Take out the Desire Demons on the left. Examine the Veil Tear Apparatus. Examine the Essence of Magic for a +1 to your magic. Turn around and go right. Follow the second path on the left till you get to the docks and take out the Greater Shades. Go on the second pier to the Essence of Cunning for a +1 to your cunning. Turn around and go left. You will meet a woman wondering how you got into the Fade. Suddenly she runs off and you have to take out the Skeletons. Now go into the Shadowy Crypt. ============================================================================ Shadowy Crypt 12.01.01 ============================================================================ Enter the room and take out the Corpses. Head into the next room and take out the Skeletons and Corpses. Head down the stairs to the Essence of Cunning for a +1 to your cunning. Go left. You’ll find out that the woman you followed into the crypt is actually a Hunger Demon. Once you take her out examine the Essence of Magic on the left for a +1 to your magic. Open the coffin on the back wall on the right for the Essence of Constitution for a +1 to your constitution. Go back the way you came and go left down the stairs to the Essence of Cunning for a +1 to your cunning. Head into the next room and take out the Skeletons and Corpses. Go up the stairs to get back to the Blackmarsh Undying. ============================================================================ Blackmarsh Undying part 2 12.02.00 ============================================================================ Make your way out of the graveyard and you are stopped by a guard. He’ll tell you that there is a spirit that has come to free them and you may be able to help. Head out the gate and go left. Take a left around the building and examine the Essence of Strength for a +1 to your strength Make your way towards the crowd. Here you will meet the spirit, Justice. He asks you for help in taking care of the Baroness. If you decide to help Justice will storm the gate and you meet Baroness. You will end up having to fight The First. Your easiest way through the fight is concentrating on The First. Once he is defeated you will go through the veil. ============================================================================ Blackmarsh part 2 13.00.00 ============================================================================ Justice will now be in Kristoff’s body. Be nice to him, he will join your party. He will tell you that you must close the tares and then defeat the Baroness. Now that he is in your party gift him [LYRIUM RING], [KRISTOFF’S LOCKET], [VERSES OF DREAMS], [ELVEN PRAYER FOR THE DEAD], [LYRIUM: GIFT OF THE MAKER] and [KRISTOFF’S MEMENTOS]. Go inside the ruined building and turn left. Pick up the [DRAGON BONE]. Examine the locked chest. Head down the path and take out the Revenant, Fade Portal, and Shade. Follow the path till the fork, then go right. Before you get to the summoning circle go up the path on the right. Examine the Iron Chest. Go to the summoning circle and examine the Runic Pedestal. It contains the [GLADIATOR BELT]. Now head south. The path turns left, then make a right at the tent. At the fork go left and take out the Shades. Examine the chest. Turn around and keep going straight and take out the Shade and Revenant. Open the gates and you will run into the Baroness. She will turn into her true form and you’ll have to take her out. Justice will not know what he is to do next, so he asks for your advice. He will like the idea of joining you, it gives him purpose. Loot the Baroness’s body for the [DOCK STORAGE KEY]. Go left and then right towards the docks. Once in the docks you will have to take out a Blighted Shadow Wolf. The Debris on the left contains [DAGGER] and [ORNATE SILVER BOWL] take it and gift it to Velanna. The locked chest on the first dock contains [ELEMENTAL COATING], [MAGEBANE], [DISPEL GRENADE RECIPE], [DISPEL POISON RECIPE], [MISDIRECTION CLOUD TRAP PLANS], [TRAP TRIGGER], [FLASK] take it, [DEATHROOT], [RING OF SEVERITY], and coin. Go on the second dock and the chest contains [DILIGENCE RUNE TRACING], [MOMENTUM RUNE TRACING], [SPIRIT SHARD], [LYRIUM DUST] take it, [BLANK RUNESTONE] take it, [GRANDMASTER SLOW RUNE TRACING], [PARAGON SLOW RUNE TRACING], and some coin. On the crates in front of the third dock is a [DRAGON BONE] take it. Leave the docks and go right, out the other gate. Take the first path on the left. The Iron Chest contains [HELM OF THE SENTINEL], [DIAMOND], [GARNET], and some coin. Go back through the gate then turn right through another gate. At the fork go right. As soon as you pass the fence to the left is another [DRAGON BONE] take it. Now click on all the glittering spots on the big white thing, dragon skull, behind you. Now go up the stairs. As soon as you get to the opening you will have to take out the Queen of the Blackmarsh. Once she is defeated loot the Dragonbone Rubble for [ELDEST DRAGONBONE]. Now leave the Blackmarsh and go to Amaranthine. ============================================================================ Amaranthine part 4 14.00.00 ============================================================================ Speak with Colbert and give him back his stuff. Now go to the markets and speak with Mervis and Kendrick. They are the nobles that want to take you out. She obviously thinks that Justice is Kristoff and becomes very upset and runs off. Justice’s memories say that you can find her in Amaranthine. Speak with Wade. Speak with Wade again and give him everything he needs to make the dragon bone sword. Down the stairs, take out the Hurlock. Now speak with the City Guard Commander and he will tell you another wave of Darkspawn will be there in a day. You can rest and re-supply in the chantry. Go through the double doors and you’re told the Darkspawn are still breaking through. They are coming from the inn. As soon as you exit the chantry take out the Hurlock. Take out the Childer Hatchlings. Go inside the inn. ============================================================================ The Crown and Lion 20.01.00 ============================================================================ Take out the Genlock, Hatchling, and Disciple General. Go upstairs. Take out the Childers. Go left to the room with the smuggling hatch in it. ============================================================================ Smugglers Cove 21.01.01 ============================================================================ Head through the hall. Careful there is a trap at the end of the hall. Take out the Darkspawn and the Disciple General. Head into the next hall and take out the Genlocks and Hurlocks. You will be told that the Darkspawn are retreating. You can choose to take out the Mother or both the Mother and the Architect. Once everything is clear, for the moment, you are told the children are attacking the east wall. So… head east and take them out. Now go back to the front gate and deal with them. Leave the Vigil’s Keep and go to the Lair of the Mother ============================================================================ Dragonbone Wastes 22.00.00 ============================================================================ Head down the path and kill the Darkspawn. Keep going and you’ll be attacked by Hatchlings. Go up the hill and take care of the Darkspawn. Careful with the Armored Ogre. Standing at the head of the dragon skeleton in the middle take the path south. Make you way to more Darkspawn and don’t be surprise by the huge High Dragon that jumps into the fight. She will say that the Architect is just trying to help the Darkspawn fit into the world. Go to the right and the locked chest contains [CRYSTAL] and some coin. Go through the doorway and fight you way down the stairs. At the bottom you are greeted by an Armored Ogre. The Flesh Pod to the left of the stairs contains [CRYSTAL]. To the left of that is another Flesh Pod containing [WILL OF THE UNYEILDING]. Head through the archway to the left to find another Flesh Pod containing [CRYSTAL]. Turn around and go through the archway on the right. On the bridge there is a Flesh Pod on the right containing [CRYSTAL]. Take out the Darkspawn and keep going. At the bottom of the steps you will run into The Architect. He wishes to explain himself. After he does you have the choice to be his ally or kill him. Choosing to be his ally he says he will do what he can when you approach the Mother. If you decide to kill him you also have to fight Utha. The Flesh Pod to your right contains [CRYSTAL]. The Flesh Pod two archways to the left contains [CRYSTAL]. Go through the other archway and over the bridge. The Flesh Pod before the hatchling contains [VESTMENTS OF URTHEMIEL]. Head down some more and get more Hatchlings and an Armored Ogre. The Flesh Pod before the end contains [CRYSTAL]. Fight your way down the stairs. At the bottom take out the Heretic Disciple and the Hatchlings. The locked chest in front of the stairs contains [CRYSTAL]. The Flesh Pod right behind you contains [CRYSTAL].
