Do squadmates powers help with the "Biotic Mastery" trophies?
I've checked the boards and haven't seen an answer to this question.
In ME2 and 3 you were able to use your squadmates own powers to attain the "Biotic Mastery" trophies. Is this the case in ME, or does Shepard have to perform these himself, using his own powers?

In the original release of Mass Effect, you had to play as one of the biotic classes in order to unlock the associated achievements. I'd imagine you'd have to do the same for the PS3 version. So yes, it has to be Shepard performing these powers for the trophies. The easiest way to do so is to play as an adept, since they have access to all of the biotic powers. Just keep spamming the powers on valid targets (Citadel fast travel stations included) and cast Barrier whenever possible and you should get them all in one playthrough.
