First of all, if you are from North America, you don't have to do this for unlockables. The badges are kind of a Japanese only thing in relation to the game. A better question is: what exactly are you trying to unlock. Costumes? Weapons?

  1. You mean a stamp from the third birthday site? After you make a SE Members account log into the site. Then turn on your game and connect it to the internet via the extras menu and select SE Members. This will generate your play code. Go to website where are logged in now. And input the code your psp just gave you. You should get a least one stamp for doing that. I would suggest beating the game on at least one mode first though. Refresh the play data page to see if it uploaded from your psp properly. Then just go off the checklist provided at the site. Some easy ways to get stamps are: Log in once every 24 hours for a few days, Make friends from the site (2 net you one and a few more up to five will net you another but no more after that).

Type a journal page. Post a forum post. If you got the cash purchase an avatar or start a Third Birthday Circle group. All of those and a healthy dosage of uploads for game times and modes beaten will net you stamps. You need 1 for OD outfit and 7 for the FFXIII Lightning outfit.

  1. OD Suit: Finish the Game 5 times on any difficulty
Lightning Suit: Complete 50% of all feats on Hard difficulty or harder. If you are near the end of an episode and notice that you don't have all the feats, you might try to Ascend and just play the entire episode over again until you get all the feats. Replaying completed missions don't count those feats toward your stats as anything but extra BP.
