How many VA (Volt Ampepre) the Wii uses?
I'm currently living in France. I have an American Wii and I use a Voltage converter. But in the voltage converter it says:
<=70VA. Long time working mode
>70VA-100VA. Short time working mode not more than 1 hour. No resting time
Does anybody know how many VA the Wii uses?. I have been using my Wii for less than an hour just as a precaution but I still want to know

1) Volts and Amperes are 2 completely different things.
2) An American Wii usually uses about 120 V and 12 Amps of electricity, as far as I know.
3) As long as the Voltage Converter has 10 Ohms of resistance (look for an Omega sign), you should be fine.

Quote from Wikipedia:
18 watts when switched on
9.6 watts in standby with WiiConnect24 standby connection
1.3 watts in standby"
