  1. if you want the greatmace, you need 45,000 gold if you're pure evil. Neutrals need MUCH MORE. 1 gold gives you a 4-10 year age reduction, and another 1 gold gives you the title paladin. 3 consecutive donations of 1000 gold give you life regeneration or something like that.

The chapel of Skorm is similar, but you need to be pure good, and pick up both Oakvale and Twinblade's merc. wait until 11:00 pm, when the white arrow at the top right corner of your HUD is slightly to the left of the middle of the dark semicircle, wait till a merc takes the payment, and sacrifice the OAKVALE ONE. then, at midnight, when the arrow's in the middle of the dark, sacrifice the other guy, and you SHOULD get the strongest ranged weapon in the game. sacrifice any other dude and you got the age reduction. another sacrifice gets you the necromancer title

if you want both, which, believe me, you want Skorm's Bow at LEAST, go for skorm's first. as previously mentioned, it is REQUIRED you be pure good, and it's much easier to be evil than good. a great way to get evil QUICKLY is to go to barrow fields, kill the entire village, and then guards will infinately spawn. after you get to pure evil, it's very VERY hard to get to pure good, so, yeah.

  1. There are three rewards, and the amount varies depending on your alignment :

Cheap reward : 4 to 10 year age reduction
Big reward : The legendary greatmace
Consistent reward (from several donations, usually) : The title Paladin

The Chapel of Skorm works the same way, except you get the legendary longbow, and the title of Necromancer.

  2. Orpheus. You don't have to be any particular alignment for either the chapel or temple rewards. So saying it is "REQUIRED you be pure good" is completely false. Also your description of how to get the bow is overly complicated without reason.

You simply need to sacrifice a mercenary at midnight. Take any two with you, with them both at full health, and sacrifice them as quickly as you can at midnight. If you fail to get the bow, re-load and try again.
