"Great graphics. Little replay."

Let's get right to it!

Game Play: 6 out of 10

The Bad: First, the insane amount of rounds per clip. I mean, come on, 95 rounds for one clip of an M-16? Not to mention the also "super" soldiers that can withstand a couple of shots to neck and 20 or 30 shots from an AK-47 to the chest. Also, the some of weapons are horribly in-accurate making a surprise shot to the head a "Hello" to all enemy soldiers. Also, WAY TO SHORT.

The good: The levels are beautiful making a replay of missions not a foreboding task. The weapons constantly change giving a fresh sense for each new mission. Also, there is plenty of ammo for ALL the weapons. Making missions much easier, because you know. Nothing says lovin' than a RPG to the for head.

Sound: 9 out of 10

The Good: This is where "Black" really shines. The music is simply amazing. The only thing that keeps this down from being a ten is the same constant gun fire. How ever, the explosions and enemy screams and yells are perfect. The voice acting is also superb.

The Bad: The only thing that keeps this from being a solid 10 is the same old "Blat blat blat" weak gunfire that seems to be applied to every weapon except for the Remington, Sniper and the Revolver.

The Graphics: 8 out of 10

The Good: Absolutely amazing levels. Great weapon details and smooth character detail. The explosions are amazing and the rag doll physics are pretty damn good.

The Bad: Not a whole lot of bad things except the cars. Only three different vehicles. A red car. A blue car. A bus. How mundane?

The Replay Value: 6 out of 10

The Good: If you beat it you get certain weapons with unlimited ammunition. Which may not be a lot, but when you in the mood for blowing some serious stuff up it's a good thing to have.

The Bad: To the extent of my knowledge all you get is unlimited ammunition for that certain level you beat on Hard or more difficult setting. Which, in turn kills the replay value.

Rent or Buy? Definitely rent this game. It's game play is only around 6 to 8 hours, meaning you can get the full gameplay for only 6 dollars, instead of buying it for 40$.

Over All: 6 1/2 out of 10

It's a fun game to play, but it's way to short and the story line is very unclear. Killing the mood. It's only real saving points is the sound and graphics. Also, no multi-player.
