"Black Ops 2 is Good, But..."

Okay, Black Ops 2, The game everyone has been waiting for.. This game is really special to most due to the nostalgia of Black Ops 1. However there are a few problems that need to be addressed:

Ah, the meat and potatoes of many a FPS. The first thing one notices when you join the game is that the layout is new, albeit slightly disorientating to new gamers. Secondly, Killstreaks are now point streaks. None of that MW3 stuff that we all have grow accustomed to such as Support, Assault or Specialist etc etc. This makes It considerably harder to player for beginnners. But newbies will grow accustomed to the difficulty of the game. Now in Multiplayer, the damage of most guns has lowered making it so that you have to empty a clip into enemies. And mostly other players will notice you when you have to empty a clip into them. This does sort of challenge you to go for headshots only, but it does give also some extra time to take cover. Maps are also well designed and have wide varieties of fight angles.

The campaign mode is back and a large change has been the fact that you can change your loadout before each mission. This does certainly bring back some entertainment value and largely affects your character every time you go out and do the same mission again. The really nice thing however of campaign is that each mission is affected by how you played the previous mission. This adds a random factor to each mission. Levels are put into detail quite nicely as well. You can also use guns you unlock over and over again.

And finally, the mode most people have been waiting for the whole time, Zombies. The main thing that most people notice right off the bat is that there are new characters and new guns. This is exciting but slightly disappointing for BO veterans but it does provide some new aspects into the game. Also noticable is that there are things to build called "buildables". These items are put randomly put around the map, challenging you every time to find them. Modern guns can be PAP'ed multiple times. You can earn XP for your own seperate Zombies rank. This also challenges you to do better than your friends.

Conclusion:This game is fun over all, but Mulitplayer could be slightly polished. 8/10
