How do i resolve error code 80190864 when trying to upgrade to xbox live gold?
Im trying to upgrade from xbox live free to gold and when i select the option to buy a subscription, a window pops up and says "cant retrieve information from xbox live. please try again later" with the error code 80190864.
this has been going on for a day or 2 now. has anyone else had this? and how do i resolve it?

You can Always Call Microsoft Live support and verify your account information, gamertag, and the last four digits of the card on file and upgrade manually there. The number for Xbox live support is -

This error message indicates that the account has a Billing Violation attached to one of it's subscriptions. Either update your Payment Option or provide a new payment option. Also, check billing.microsoft.com for additional details on the account.
