Forget the haters, Too Human may be the game of the season.

Too Human is a game that has been debated about for years. Hell, about 10 to be correct. From the classic delay to the unusual suing of Epic Games, this game certainly has been seen by most gamers around the world. Severals have avoided the trolls on the video game forums, trying not to be taken down by the harsh words of people that had played the demo and said "controlz suck noobz". Well, here's my full review.

Story 7/10: The story isn't that mind blowing, though it does have its twists. You are Lord Baulder, a cybernetic God tasked with the force of defending humanity from the machines in the world. The game takes place in Norse Mythologey, which is extrememly different from most games you see today. *cough cough* (Metal Gear Solid, Gears of Wars, Halo, and WoW) This means that you will see names you might recognize. Thor and Loki are included, although Thor looks way different from in the comics. The downside is that the story is only about 15 hours long, but plenty of replay value.

Graphics 8/10: Not much can be said here. The graphics aren't the best, yet they're not the worst. Some textures look incredibly ugly, but severals look extremely good, even on a SD TV. The character models look great, but the walls and floor look terrible. Also, it seems to have a frame rate problem, though its never that much of a slow down.

Music 9/10 The music in the game is epic, and fits well with the game. That's really all that game be said.

Gameplay 10/10 If you've ever played Diablo 2, you're going to feel right at home here. You have your standard inventory screen, complete with about 8 slots for all of your armor types, and all of your weapon types. The game is basically a dungeon crawler. You just keep going deeper and deeper, encountering different bosses at the end of each dungeon. Look automatically collects to your inventory, and you can turn on auto salvage to free up more space and get some good money. You can insert runes into your equipment, doing different things such as changing the stats and even colors of them. Now here's combat. If you've played Ape Escape, you'll know how to play this. You control your melee weapon with the right stick, which at first didn't feel good, but now I love it. There are a few combonations to do with both sticks, which can lead to even more destruction. If you have an assault rifle equpped, you can shoot with the right trigger and use the grenade launcher with your left. The gun basically has no ammo, so you'll never run out, you just have to reload. For the pistols, one trigger controls each gun, and you aim with the right stick. You can have one pistol going at an enemy to your left, and one to your right, which in the swing of things looks effing awesome. All in all, everything feels smooth and looks flashy and good.

Final Score 9/10 Too Human is a great game that should be bought immediatley if your looking for something to hold you off until Diablo 3 comes out in 2020. Too Human's gameplay is solid and addicting, the music is epic, and the graphics never fail to disapoint. The only things keeping this game down are its length and story, but hey, you can't have everything.
