  1. You have to jump out of a helicopter or plane and deploy your parachute. it will then ask you if you want to start the base jump diversion. There is no frefall diversion. its called base jumping cause you can do the same thing if your on a high enough building

  2. I did this in the trailer park from a helicopter... there will be a purple car with a homie waiting for you and you want to land on it. trailer park is the best because the homies car has to be parked by a road, and anywere else has buildings that can restricted your options of landing correctly, landing on a nearby roof instead or something...

  3. There is not always a car, and you do NOT have to land on the car.
There will only be a car in the bullseye if you are above a road. If you above a field, the bullseye will be in the field, and the car will be at the nearest road.

It just happens that when you are above the road, the "nearest road" to the bullseye is inside the bullseye, which makes some people think that they HAVE to land on the car.

You must land in the middle of the bullseye, that is all.
Some guides tell you that if you turn too often while parachuting, that you will not be able to earn 3 Gold Stars, but this is false. You can spin around in the air as often as you like, the stars will go up and down depending on your proximity to the middle of the bullseye.
Whenever you are above the center, you will have 3 gold stars shown, and if you are in the center of the bullseye when you land, you will earn the 3 gold stars and unlock unlimited falling damage.
